Restructuring(Drawing&Annealing):   

The high strength of the product comes from the subsequent heat treatment. In order to ensure the hardenability, uniformity and stability of heat treatment, VANKU takes the processing process of high-quality alloy steel as an example. The material needs to go through the following process to be used in the subsequent cold forming process.

2.5.1 Annealing process according to established process：

The operation of furnace installation, capping and pipeline dredging shall be carried out in strict accordance with the equipment operation instructions ；

Temperature, oxygen potential, methanol flow and other process parameters were monitored and recorded in real time；

2.5.2 Test ：

Hardness :Must meet the process requirements and enterprise standards .

Decarburization ：Decarbonization is not allowed .

Spheroidizing Grade :Up to Grade 4-6 

2.6 Pickling phosphorus saponification

2.6.1 Process :Low concentration pickling to remove rust and impurities -High concentration pickling depth of oxidation -Water to remove the acid -Overflow -Remove the acid again -Overflow -Phosphating rust-proof lubrication -Water to remove the acid -Overflow -Water to remove the acid -Overflow -Saponification lubrication -Finished
